We collect only what we need to give you a reading and get paid. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
Bhagwati S Sharma is an independent numerologist offering online consultations. For this policy, she is the person responsible for your personal data. Contact details are at the end of this page.
2. What we collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay or PayPal.
3. Services we use
Your information passes through these providers, each under its own privacy policy:
- Cal.com: booking calendar and booking form
- Google (Calendar, Meet, Gmail): scheduling, video sessions and email
- Zoom or WhatsApp: video sessions and messages, when you choose them
- Razorpay: payments from clients in India
- PayPal: payments from clients outside India
- Netlify: hosts this website and may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
4. Sessions are not recorded
We do not record sessions unless you ask us to and agree to it beforehand.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your booking details and reports for up to 3 years, so we can help with follow-up questions and keep basic financial records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner, unless we must keep payment records by law.
6. Cookies and this website
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser, your chosen currency (₹ or $), so it is remembered next time. The booking calendar and payment pages are run by Cal.com, Razorpay and PayPal and may use their own cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information, by withdrawing your consent
Send your request to the email below. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
8. Security
We keep your information in password-protected accounts and share it only with the services listed above. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
